Serviced Apartments

Due to the fact that serviced apartments are similar to hotel accommodation, both in lengths of stay and services provided, VAT is charged at the standard UK rate for the first 28 day of the stay. All subsequent days accommodation attract VAT on only 20% of the net accommodation cost. The will not affect the overall nightly rate charged.

Self-Catering Apartments

This service is solely commensurate with a long term rental apartment. No services are provided or implied other than those listed upon the website. As such, this product is classed as “accommodation” and therefore exempt from UK VAT.
