Prior to check in, your apartment will be fully cleaned with hypo-allergenic cleaning materials by our housekeeping staff. Each bed will be prepared with a set of clean crisp linen, and a set of bath and hand towels is provided for your use throughout your stay.

The ethos of a self-catering apartment is to provide a cost-effective luxury accommodation solution. Therefore, each apartment is equipped with a washer dryer, steam iron and ironing board for your laundry, cleaning apparatus for the apartment, and all the of the hardware that you will need to maintain your apartment at the level of cleanliness that you personally require.

We know how important your furry friends can be, which is why, in some of our properties, we will allow pets to stay and keep their owners company. Please make sure that you discuss this with the Customer Suport Team at the point of booking.

We will provide an immediate in-house qualified maintenance service to look after your property during your stay. In the unlikely event that you require our expertise, then we will fix any problem with the minimum of fuss or delay.

Internet access can be added as an extra which is charged at £7.50 plus vat per week. Just request this when making your booking, or at any point during your stay. Depending on location you may recieve a mobile USB dongle, mobile MiFi Access point allowing upto 5 devices to be connected, or access to WiFi Access points.
