Every serviced apartment includes complimentary on-site parking for all clients. You will be allocated a parking space within the secure and well lit parking area on arrival.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, our polite and helpful Concierge Team is always on hand. They will be able to help you settle in to your apartment and can answer any technical questions regarding any of the fixtures or appliances. Should you need any local knowledge or orientation, then please do not hesitate to ask at any time.

Complimentary internet access is provided  either via our secure WIFI network or with a portable wireless modem. This means that you can work, download email, or just stay entertained whenever you like. A secure WIFI password wil be issued to you by the Concierge at the point of check-in.

Prior to check in, your apartment will be fully cleaned with hypo-allergenic cleaning materials by our friendly housekeeping staff. Each bed will be prepared with a set of clean crisp linen, and a set of bath and hand towels is provided for each guest.

Your apartment will be then be cleaned on a weekly basis, and the bed linen and towels will be replaced at the same time for your convenience.

We know how important your furry friends can be, which is why, in some of our properties, we will allow pets to stay and keep their owners company. Please make sure that you discuss this with the Customer Support Team at the point of booking.

We will provide an immediate in-house qualified maintenance service to look after your property during your stay. In the unlikely event that you require our expertise, then we will fix any problem with the minimum of fuss or delay.
